The Trencadis collection by WOW Design is a porcelain tile series inspired by Antoni Gaudí’s traditional Catalan trencadís mosaic technique and Mediterranean fragmented design.
Born from Gaudí’s visionary spirit in Barcelona, this technique transforms fragments of material into a symphony of form, colour, and texture. Irregular pieces come together in abstract harmony, echoing the vibrancy of Mediterranean tradition. Most iconically brought to life in Park Güell, these mosaics transcend function, becoming living works of art that infuse spaces with rhythm, energy, and timeless originality.
